Useful Tips while using ISP to Unlock
- Always use USB or Battery for voltage input to board.
- Do not Connect vcc and vccq , they are only used in Samsung Exynos CPU Boards
- Do Not Disconnect USB from your JTAG-BOX while ISP connected to board . it might create a voltage surge in DAT0 pin with ground , and your EMMC or UFS will be dead . always connect usb to box first and then connect isp and after comleteting operations always disconnect isp before removing usb from JTAG BOX.
- If there is a PAD you need to scratch where DAT0 pin is placed on board , be very carefull not to scrtach ground with it , because when you will apply solder to that pad it will be shorted to ground , and your EMMC will be dead instantly.
- Always use as little as possible time to apply soldering iron to the pinout component , if you are heating any component more that required it will damage that resistor and phone will be dead , you may short that component and phone will be ok but why damage the component if it can be saved
